Sociative Case
The sociative case is used to show accompaniment in action. It’s meaning
generally corresponds to the word “with”.

The sociative case is formed by adding the suffixes -உடன் or -ஓடு.
Examples

அவனுடன் போ = “Go to the library with him.”
- நீ எங்களுடன்
நாடகத்துக்கு
வருவாயா?= “Will you come to the play with
us?”
- நாங்கள் துணிகளுடன் செருப்புகளை வாங்குகிறோம் = “We buy the shoes with
the clothes.”
